The Founding Vision

Pacifica Estate Management was founded by Daniel Dean Friedmann and Antonio Hoya, two professionals with deep experience in real estate and timeshare management. Daniel began his career on the U.S. East Coast and relocated to Mexico in the 1980s to develop new property management models tailored to Mexico’s growing tourism sector. Antonio started in the timeshare industry in the early 1990s and gained extensive experience in membership programs, sales operations, and owner services.
